By using chop.food, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

2. Service Description

chop.food allows users to input recipe URLs, which we parse and present in a simplified, kitchen-friendly format. We remove unnecessary content such as stories, ads, and pop-ups.

3. Accounts and Usage

• Without an account: Up to 2 recipes per month (identified by device fingerprint).
• Free account: 4 recipes per month.
• Paid accounts: unlimited recipes (max 50/day).

Accounts require an email. Login is via email link or Google OAuth. No password is stored.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are handled by third-party providers (Stripe or equivalent). All transactions are secure. Refunds follow applicable consumer protection laws.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service lawfully.
• Not abuse limits or attempt to bypass restrictions.
• Not upload illegal or harmful content.

6. Intellectual Property

The chop.food platform and brand are owned by us. Recipes belong to their original authors; we only provide a reformatted view.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for recipe accuracy or damages resulting from use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of France.
